Terms and Conditions for Booking a Party/Special Event at Dandi Lion Playzone

When booking a Party/Special Event a minimum of £40 deposit is required at the time of booking, ideally we would like you to come in and see us to go over all the details and book your party so we can hand you the invitations and ensure that everything Is explained, etc.

 

Final numbers must be confirmed with us 48 hours before the party/special event and notice of any special dietary or other requirements.

The balance is payable on the day of the party/special event. All parties must be supervised by at least one adult (parent/guardian) for every 8 children, and you must ensure that a reasonable level of behaviour is maintained at all times.

 

Please note: that some weekday party prices are different to the weekend party bookings. These prices are not available at weekends due to this being a premium time.

If you have to cancel your party - no refund will be given, but we can re-arrange it for another date to suit us both.

 

Booking your party and paying your deposit is your agreement to our terms and conditions set out above.
